To complete your order click View Cart or Checkout near top right of the page and fill in your name, address, and payment details as needed. Your order is sent when you press the Finish button at the end of the order. You can check, change or cancel your order by clicking View Cart at any time.

Yes, we accept orders from most countries. If your country is not shown when you order, please and we will answer your order queries directly.

We accept all the major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Carteblanche, Maestro, Delta, Solo, Electron and American Express. We do not accept credit card orders from a few countries due to the high level of fraud - our order system will advise you if this is the case, and alternative arrangements can be made.

We also accept PayPal (our PayPal id is sales@bookpalace.com) and money orders made payable to The Book Palace in UK Pounds only and bank transfers online via BACS, IBAN or SWIFT ('wires'). Please note that all sums received must be in UK Pounds.

We understand that it is not always possible to afford the item(s) you desire immediately. That is why we offer our Easy Payment Plan (timed payments) which helps you to secure your favourite items and pay in easy instalments at no extra cost. All art (and books) priced over £100 (approx $200 or €130) can be paid in up to 6 instalments.

You may need to pay to customs clearance fees, import duties and taxes charged by your country once the shipment reaches you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country and we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. There are no customs duties on goods within the EU and customs duties for many countries on books and comics are kept low or zero.

We sell mostly brand new and some rare secondhand books. All our Books and other items (comics, annuals, figures, toys) listed for sale are New - unopened and unread/unused - unless individually described otherwise.

Comics have their own grading system as follows:
 Mint (m) - brand new, unopened, unread;
 Fine (fn) - highly collectable condition, maybe some minor shelf wear;
 Very Good (vg) - collectable, complete in every respect but clearly read and possibly minor wear to the edges and corners;
 Good (g) - complete in every respect but covers worn or rubbed;
 Reading Copy - complete in content, but heavily worn and may lack whole covers.
